Mayank Bhatnagar has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Mayank started their career in 2014 as an IT Trainer at INDIACAN EDUCATION PVT LTD, where they provided computer training to students and assisted with their grooming and interpersonal skills. In 2015, they joined Prachi [India] Pvt.Ltd. as a Digital Product Support Executive, responsible for installing and upgrading e-book software for client schools. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at The Career Makers - India as an IT Support professional, handling technical processes, troubleshooting, and managing smart classes. In 2020, they joined Better as an LCM Specialist, providing IT helpdesk support and managing access and asset management. Currently, Mayank is working at Homeward as an IT System Support Analyst, where they are responsible for system administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and software asset management.

From 2013 to 2015, they attended Punjab Technical University, where they earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they studied at Kurukshetra University and obtained a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

In 2005 and 2006, Mayank attended SD model Sr Sec School in Karnal, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Software and Media Applications.

Furthermore, from 2003 to 2004, they also attended Sd Model Sr Sec School in Karnal and acquired an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mayank Bhatnagar obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021.
