Luke Thomas Redman

Luke Thomas Redman is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Regional Vice President and Head of MSO Operations at Strive Health since September 2022, focusing on improving care for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease and End-Stage Renal Disease. Previously, Luke held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hospital Internists of Texas & Care Protocols from June 2015 to December 2022, overseeing a multispecialty group in Central Texas. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Aetna, Strategy Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, among others. Luke's educational background includes an MBA in Consulting and an MHA in Health Policy & Management from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Michigan. Additionally, Luke served as a Platoon Leader and Logistics Officer in the US Army.
