Arlene O'Connor has a long and varied work experience. Arlene began their career in 2001 as a Customer Service Representative at Sears. In 2005, they took a position as an Accounting Technician at the United States Department of Defense, where they created spreadsheets for recording and managing utility payments, acted as a researcher and international liaison, and analyzed monthly budget data. In 2007, they became a Arlene'story Teacher at Springfield Missouri Public Schools, where they developed and implemented curriculum/lesson plans and served on an interdisciplinary committee. In 2018, they joined HomeWAV as a Product Manager for Customer Applications. Arlene then moved up to become a Contact Center Manager, where they single-handedly maintained and monitored the company customer support center, assisted the team in transitioning to remote work during the pandemic, and monitored team metrics to ensure an unwavering level of customer support. Finally, they became a Customer Support Supervisor, where they provided end user support for Homewav products and services, troubleshot connection and customer service concerns, provided extraordinary customer service for high volume inbound calls, and assisted visitors in navigating IT related issues.
