Erica Sandman has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as Product Operations & Technology Manager for HomeWAV. In 2020, they co-wrote and self-published NACL: Eye of the Storm and is currently working on the sequel and another multi-book project, as well as collaborating on an Audiobook of NACL: Eye of the Storm. Peddler of Chains is set to release in October 2022. From 2004 to 2020, they provided child care, cooking, cleaning, basic first aid, cpr, mental and physical development, social skills, Potty Training, Homework Assistance (6 and 11 grade), and basic pet care and training. In 2020, they were a Technical Support Specialist for Egyptian Workspace Partners. From 2019 to 2018, they were Director of Technology Services and Information Technology Coordinator for Central School District 104 and Tech Assistant for Shiloh School District #85. From 2003 to 2003, they were a Satellite Communications and Combat Systems Satellite Journeyman for the United States Air Force, where they maintained and operated various communications systems, including the LMST (Lightweight Multiband Systems Terminal) and the USC-60 Satellite Communications Terminal, and conducted Preventative Maintenance as well as Unscheduled Maintenance.

Erica Sandman attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Applied Science (partial). Erica then attended the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
