Natalie Kootchin

Natalie Kootchin is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Homewood Health since October 2013. Previously, Natalie held roles as a Senior HR Consultant and Manager of Human Resources at the same organization, along with experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Homewood Human Solutions. Additional experience includes positions such as Recruitment Specialist at BCIT and VANOC, where Natalie also served as Team Lead for the Olympic/Paralympic Village HR.
