Annmarie Reczko

AnnMarie Reczko has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. AnnMarie has served as the Chief People Officer at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Director for the Americas at Watts Water Technologies from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Vulcan Electric Company from 2009 to 2015. AnnMarie also served as the Human Resources Manager at CTS Electronics Manufacturing Solutions from 2005 to 2008. AnnMarie began their career at Benchmark Electronics, where they held multiple HR positions from 1998 to 2005.

AnnMarie Reczko obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from New Hampshire College in 2000. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business at Daniel Webster College starting in 2004.
