Kimberly Blumert, CAPM

Kimberly Blumert, CAPM, has a diverse range of work experience. Kimberly started their career in 1996 at Oakwood Worldwide, where they worked as a Sr. Digital Account Coordinator, Floating Account Executive, Account Coordinator, and Customer Service Rep. Kimberly managed multiple complex projects, supervised 22 staff members, and worked with global Fortune 500 corporate HR divisions. Kimberly then moved on to work at Absolute Yoga as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Merchandise Sales Representative, where they doubled sales and the client base in five years. Following that, they joined National Corporate Housing as a Global Account Manager, where they collaborated with outside business development teams to increase revenue and added value for clients by enhancing programs and identifying innovative solutions. Kimberly also worked as a National Account Coordinator, achieving over 95% occupancy goals and managing the needs of thousands of residents. Most recently, Kimberly worked at Sentral as a Manager of National Accounts before joining Homez as an Inside Sales Representative in 2023.

Kimberly Blumert, CAPM, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, they have obtained the CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021. Kimberly also has additional certifications as a Certified Herbalist- Level One from Southwest Herbs and as a Certified Yoga Instructor from AT ONE YOGA, L.L.C.
