Cole Wagstaff

Cole Wagstaff has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Cole most recently held the position of Director Sales Operations at Homie since September 2019. Prior to that, they founded On-Demand COO in 2018, offering fractional COO services to organizations in need of experienced operations expertise. In the same year, they also served as the COO for both Sealcrete and 4K Satellite. From 2011 to 2018, Cole worked at New Star Communications, first as the Vice President of Sales and later as the COO. Cole began their career at Vivint as a Sales Manager in 2009 and also gained experience as a Customer Account Manager at Qwest. Cole started their professional journey in 2004 as a Mortgage Specialist at Loanology.

Cole Wagstaff attended Salt Lake Community College from 2004 to 2005. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In addition to their college education, they obtained the Mortgage Loan Originator certification from the Utah division of commerce in July 2004. Cole also completed the Launching Leaders Program, offered by FranklinCovey, at an unspecified time.
