Francisco Andragnes has over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry. Francisco began his career in 1992 as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. In 2000, he moved to Prudential Financial, Inc. were he became the Chief Investment Officer for Latin America at Prudential Real Estate Investors until 2011. During this time, we also a Board Member at PAZ Corp. from 2008 to 2011. In 2011 he founded Metro Buildings, a real estate development company, CCLA, a fund management company and Nomad Living, a property management company, all focused in multifamily properties. Francisco is considered one of the pioneers of the "apartments-for-rent" sector in Latin America. Francisco has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU School of Professional Studies since 2016. Since 2013 he has been a Board Member at Hoteles City Express. Francisco was also the President of AVER Mexico from 2017 to 2019, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer / Board Member at Homie.mx.
Francisco Andragnes completed his Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2000. Francisco obtained a Licenciado en Administración from the University of Buenos Aires in 1994. Francisco also attended Colegio San Marcos, graduating from high school in 1989.
