Sherif Abd Elsalam's work experience began in 2017 when they worked as a Contact Center Representative for Teleperformance. Sherif was responsible for supervising teams and launching new accounts in the E-Commerce and Telecommunications industries. From 2019 to 2022, they served as a Contact Center Supervisor, overseeing a newly launched line of business and improving customer experience metrics.

In 2016, Sherif worked as an Interpreter for the Ministry of Youth & Sports of Egypt before transitioning to a role as an English Lecturer in 2017. Since March 2022, they have been leading and developing the social media support team as a Customer Operations Team Lead at Homzmart. Their responsibilities include improving customer experience, monitoring individual performance, and resolving operational issues.

Sherif Abd Elsalam began their education at Ain Shams University in 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Al-Alsun degree in English Language and Literature in the year 2019. Sherif continued their studies at the same university, completing a Diploma of Al-Alsun in Language Interpretation and Translation from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Sherif is pursuing a Master of Al-Alsun degree in Language Interpretation and Translation, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
