Roberto Chen

Roberto Chen is an IT Director at 鴻海精密工業股份有限公司 since March 2018, leading IT management and infrastructure initiatives for new manufacturing sites, including the implementation of SAP ERP, MES, and EDI systems, as well as developing HR and in-house GST and WMS systems. Previously, Roberto held significant roles at Foxconn from September 2011 to March 2018, managing large-scale IT transformation projects across global sites, including SAP S4/HANA upgrades and factory system deployments. Prior experience includes positions at Winbond, Hong-Lian, and NEC Corporation, with a strong background in SAP consultancy and systems engineering. Roberto holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Providence University and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Ling Tung University.
