Deepa Kaushik is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as AVP - Human Resources at Honasa Consumer Ltd., Deepa has previously worked at Amazon as a Senior HR Business Partner and at NIVEA India as the Sales HRBP and Inclusion & Diversity Manager. Further experience includes roles as Resourcing & Diversity Lead at Vodafone and Management Trainee, alongside an early position as Project Intern at Ashtopus Consulting in the HCM Vertical.
