Cindy Cercone

Cindy Cercone is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources management. Currently serving as AVP and Director of Human Resources Business Partner at The TJX Companies, Inc. since February 2013, Cindy has also held the position of AVP of Organizational Development within the same organization. Prior to this, Cindy worked as AVP of Field Human Resources at TJX Co's from September 2011 to February 2013 and as Manager of Home Office Human Resources at The TJX Companies from May 2005 to September 2011. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bentley University.
