Iwan Bolilio has a background in sales and finance. Iwan started their career in 2009 as a Credit Officer at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. where they reviewed and recommended loan proposals. In 2011, they joined PT Bank Pundi Indonesia Tbk as an Account Officer, responsible for acquiring and maintaining clients and presenting loan proposals. In 2013, they joined Honda as the Head of Sales Marketing, where they led a sales team, coordinated and monitored their performance, and developed strategies to achieve sales targets. Iwan also provided training and motivation to the team and handled customer acquisition and maintenance.

Iwan Bolilio completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with their diploma in an unspecified field of study from Poltekes Manado from 2002 to 2005. Iwan then pursued a Bachelor of Management degree (SE) in Ilmu Manajemen from Universitas Mercu Buana, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Iwan Bolilio has obtained several certifications. Iwan completed a training on "Pelatihan persiapan sertifikasi trainer" from PT. Wahana Insan Prima in August 2021. Iwan has also received certifications in "Honda basic selling skill" and "Instructur development seminar" from Honda Prospect Motor. Furthermore, they have acquired proficiency in "Leadership coaching for extraordinary performance" from IPDC Training Institute and has obtained a "Lisensi" from Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia (AAJI). Moreover, they have completed a training program in "Supervisory Management" from IDE LEARNING and "Training support of basic product brush up" from Honda Prospect Motor.
