Tony Hau

Tony Hau currently serves in the Employee Experience department at Honda Australia since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Designer and Design Operations Consultant at NAB from July 2023 to October 2024, and as a Recruitment Partner specializing in Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics at Hays between April 2022 and July 2023. Tony also held the position of Product Designer at Global Fitness and Leisure Pty Ltd from September 2021 to February 2022. Previous roles at Allianz Australia included Low Risk Case Manager - Medical Management and Claims Consultant from July 2018 to September 2021. Additionally, Tony worked as a Dairy Manager at Coles from November 2011 to March 2020 and completed a student internship at The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria in late 2011. Educational attainment includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Psychology from RMIT University, earned between 2013 and 2016, following prior studies at the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
