Tran Dien Chi - Will

Tran Dien Chi has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR consultancy. They started their career at Navigos Search as a Candidate Coordinator before progressing to become a Recruitment Consultant. They joined RGF Executive Search Vietnam as a Recruitment Consultant before being promoted to the role of Managing Consultant, with responsibilities in market intelligence, business development, and HR consultancy service delivery. They then worked at Argyll Scott as a Senior Consultant, specializing in supply chain and procurement. After that, they joined DB Schenker as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for team management and hiring for various positions. Currently, Tran Dien Chi is working at HEINEKEN Vietnam as the Talent Acquisition Lead for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and tech, leading a team and handling recruitment for multiple locations.

Tran Dien Chi earned a Bachelor's degree in Business English from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, studying English Language and Literature from 2011 to 2015.
