Floro Rulona

Floro Rulona has been with Honda Philippines Inc. since June 1996, currently serving as the Operation Head of the Procurement Group. Responsibilities include executing the PDCA framework based on the Purchasing Action Plan and overseeing the daily performance of subordinates to ensure compliance with company policies and improvement plans. Floro's career progression at Honda includes roles as Senior Supervisor and Junior Supervisor in various inventory and development groups, where duties ranged from managing warehouse inventory to maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Prior to joining Honda, Floro worked at Melcar Industry from April 1993 to March 1996 as a Senior Technician, assisting management and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Educationally, Floro is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Fishery at Clarin School Of Fisheries.
