Meet Gandhi

Meet Gandhi is a Robotics Research Engineer at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc., where innovative contributions include leading the development of an advanced automatic trailer loading system for boats, showcased at the Miami International Boat Show 2024. Previous experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Michigan involved designing motion sickness mitigation systems for autonomous vehicles and implementing motion planning techniques for quadrotors. Meet Gandhi's background includes a TechLab fellowship at Deepen AI, where a digital twin for autonomous vehicle software testing was developed, and an internship at Magna International that resulted in a successful robotic manipulation solution. An educational foundation was built with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Robotics and Mechatronics from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar.
