Noriko Mills

Noriko Mills is an experienced HR strategist and organizational development leader currently serving as the Sr. HR Strategist for Talent Development & Engagement at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since April 2021. In this role, Noriko develops future talent strategies for North American operations, including leadership development and employee engagement. Previous positions include leading the Organizational Development Unit, overseeing leadership development, performance management, and succession planning for North America. Additionally, Noriko is a Board Member of the Japan-America Society of Central Ohio, enhancing cultural and business relations between Japanese and American communities. As a Bi-lingual Training Facilitator at Honda R&D Americas, Noriko teaches various leadership and communication courses in both Japanese and English. Noriko holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Trine University.
