Elijah Pearson

Elijah Pearson has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Elijah is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Hone Health since 2022. Previously, they worked at Rational Enterprise from 2019 to 2022, where they implemented and supported an eDiscovery review platform using machine-learning and AI-assisted data compositions. From 2008 to 2022, they worked at Xerox Litigation Services as a Software Engineer & Architect, designing tools and utilities, building websites, and creating automated system pipelines. Elijah also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Business Automation Services from 2016 to 2018, developing software for various municipal requirements. In 2015, they worked at Apprenda as a Software Engineer, focusing on supplementing and maintaining the product. Earlier in their career, they worked at rdlabs2, LLC as a Software/Web Engineer and at State of Utah - Department of Natural Resources as an Environmental Scientist I. Elijah started their career as a Jr. Software Engineer at Shim, Inc., where they developed and redesigned a hardware-interface test-bed.
