Adriann Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adriann is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Honest Abe Roofing Franchise, Inc., where they are responsible for leading and managing the Franchise Development and Operations team. Prior to this, Adriann served as the Vice President, Call Center Sales & Operations at DentalPlans.com, where they led the sales, member care, retention, and operations functions of the call center. Before that, they worked at Neighborly as the VP, Customer Engagement & Operations, where they led call center operations and vendor management, focusing on improving the customer experience. Adriann also held the position of VP Sales Operations at Strategic Financial Solutions NY, where they collaborated with executive and sales management to build the sales operations strategy and infrastructure. Additionally, Adriann has experience as the President of their own consulting firm, A. Dalton Consulting, where they helped clients develop and implement solutions. Adriann also held various senior level service and operations roles at ADP, and oversaw the growth and profitability of CodeBlue as the Vice President of Administration & Operations. Adriann's early work experience includes roles at Bluefly, Inc., SubmitOrder, Inc., and Safelite, where they managed field communications programs, created and implemented certification programs, and participated in start-up operations.
