Alan Warms is an experienced business leader and investor with a strong track record in scaling companies and managing high-profile projects. As Principal at Participate Capital LLC since January 2005, Alan has collaborated with management to develop businesses with significant EBITDA while overseeing over 10 acquisitions and investments in two decades. Alan serves on the boards of Honest Game and Alliance Advisors, and provides advisory services to Tensility Venture Partners, focusing on AI/ML opportunities. Previous roles include Director/Investor at Hydro Flask, CEO/Founder of Participate Learning, and Vice President at Yahoo!. Alan holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
