Hanne Trafnik

Hanne Trafnik has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hanne is currently a Principal Product Designer at Honey Insurance, where they focus on enhancing the customer experience and brand image. Prior to this, they served as a Senior UX & Research Designer at Qantas Loyalty, contributing to the improvement of user experience. Hanne also worked as a Senior Interaction & Service Designer at Fjord, where they played a crucial role in designing interactive experiences. Hanne has also held positions as a User Experience Designer at Reactive and DieProduktMacher, and as a User Experience Designer at FLUID Design GmbH. Their early work experience includes roles as a Visual Design Intern at University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics, and as a Design Intern at Olaf Hoffmann Design and Cadera Design. Throughout their career, Hanne has also served as an Industry Mentor at IxDA.

Hanne Trafnik received their High School Diploma from Deutschhaus Gymnasium in Germany between 1998 and 2007. Hanne then pursued a Bachelor of Design degree in Industrial Design from the University of Washington, which they completed between 2007 and 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Agile Way Fundamentals certification from ICAgile in August 2019. In July 2016, they received the Interaction Design Foundation - Certificate of Membership, although the institution is unspecified.
