General Kitchen Manager/R&D Chef at Honey Mama's

Carla Burns began their career in 2010 as an Executive Chef at Simple Fare, LLC. In 2012, they moved to Salt and Straw, Inc. and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, both as a Pastry Chef. In 2015, they became the General Kitchen Manager/R&D Chef at Honey Mama's.

Carla Burns attended Northwest College from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate's degree in Pre-physical Therapy. Carla then went on to Western Culinary Institute from 2002 to 2003, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Culinary Arts.
