Sean O'Brien

Sean O'Brien is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in both aerospace and electrical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Honeybee Robotics since September 2020, Sean previously worked at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from June 2016 to June 2020, where contributions were made to the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover Sample Caching System. Earlier experience includes roles as an Electrician at O'Brien Electrical Contracting Inc. and various internships in maritime robotics and advanced manufacturing. Sean holds a Master of Science in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
