Sigal Laufer

Sigal Laufer has extensive work experience in HR roles and leadership positions. Sigal currently serves as the Head of People, US at HoneyBook. Prior to this, they worked at Stanford University Graduate School of Business as a Women in Management Facilitator and Coach. Sigal also held positions at Facebook as an HRBP Leader/Coach, Twitch as a Director, HR Business Partner, and Amazon Web Services as an HR Leader, Coach, and Site Lead. Earlier in their career, they worked at Intel Corporation in various HR roles, including HR Business Engagement Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, Manager of IT's Leadership Development Program, Training and Development Lead, Training and Development Account Manager, and Staffing Project Manager. Sigal began their career as an HR Intern at GE Medical Systems and an Office Administrator at Zoran. Throughout their career, Sigal has demonstrated expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management, change management, and leadership development.

Sigal Laufer's education history includes a Design Your Life Coach certification from the Designing Your Life Group at Stanford in 2022. In 2020, they obtained a Coaching Certification from CTI. In 2007, Sigal earned a PHR Certification from SHRM in Human Resource. Sigal holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Human Relations from the University of Haifa between 1997 and 2000. Sigal also holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation, earned in January 2022.
