They played an instrumental role in building demand generation campaigns, field and partner marketing programs, and operational excellence, which facilitated the company's growth and prepared them for an IPO and acquisition. They also collaborated with the executive leadership team to develop global demand generation initiatives and achieve significant growth in business and marketing pipeline contribution. Reet Mand established the first-ever regional marketing function and team to support the global sales team.

From October 2012 to September 2014, Reet Mand served as Senior Director of Campaigns & Demand Gen Marketing at Infoblox. In this role, they built a scalable and predictable global demand gen model, which facilitated a 35% year-on-year growth for the company. They established the global "Demand Center" and were responsible for the demand generation strategy, execution, and driving pipeline growth. Furthermore, they led various demand generation programs including integrated global campaign strategy and execution, lead generation goals, and forecasting.

Reet Mand's experience also includes holding the position of Senior Director of Marketing at Syncplicity, an EMC company, from April 2012 to November 2012. During their tenure, they developed the marketing strategy to support a 200% growth in business and established campaigns, marketing operations, and channel strategies to achieve this growth.

Prior to that, Reet Mand worked at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, where they held the roles of Director of Integrated Demand Gen Marketing from April 2011 to April 2012 and Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing Email, Online, Search, Demand Generation, and Marketing Automation, from July 2007 to May 2011.

Their earlier experiences include working as an Email Marketing Manager at safeway.com from 2006 to 2007 and as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Alpha Innotech from October 2004 to September 2006.

Reet Mand attended the University of California, Davis and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. After that, they enrolled in California State University - East Bay, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
