Rachel Schofield has worked in the food and retail industry since 2000. Rachel began their career as a Public Relations Manager at SIIA (Software & Information Industry Association) in 2000. In 2003, they moved to Summer Shack Restaurant as a Sous Chef. In 2006, they joined Starbucks as a District Manager and Store Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they were the District Manager at Teavana, A Starbucks Brand, where they led a portfolio of stores in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Florida and drove growth in a turnaround market by focusing on customer service, talent development and teamwork. In 2017, Rachel Schofield joined honeygrow as a Regional Director, a role they held for two years.
Rachel Schofield attended Governors Academy from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their high school degree. Rachel then went on to Occidental College, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in American Government and Politics (United States) between 1993 and 1997.
