Sophie Weiss is the current Brand Director at Honeylove. Sophie was previously the Senior Manager Marketing at Brand Knew from July 2015 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for web and social media copywriting, high-level creative strategy, brand development, organic and paid social media strategy, on-the-ground event support, supervision of design, development and paid media engagements, account analytics and reporting.

Weiss has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Sophie was the lead copywriter in the 2018 website redesign for Stand Up To Cancer. In this role, they translated technical, scientific concepts into clear, concise language that communicated the mission of the organization.

Sophie also led the creative strategy and copywriting for a paid media campaign for Mayo Clinic. The campaign garnered over 4.8 million ad impressions, an 8.92% CTR and $0.07 CPC to custom landing page for the Ken Burns documentary, “The Mayo Clinic: Faith - Hope - Science.”

In addition, Weiss wrote and A/B tested copy for a $50k paid media campaign for FosterMore that resulted in over 3,000 foster parent inquiries. Sophie also co-authored a proposal that resulted in a $125k state grant to roll out the campaign throughout California.

Weiss has also worked with EL AL Airlines USA, where they wrote and A/B tested copy for organic and paid Facebook campaigns. This resulted in over 150,000 new frequent flyer program registrations (42% increase since 2014).

Lastly, they created and implemented a social media strategy for Museum of Jewish Heritage that resulted in a 355% increase in Instagram followers, 156% increase in Facebook likes, and 40.6% increase in Twitter followers since April 2017.

Sophie Weiss graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and French. Sophie then obtained a certificate in Holistic Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Finally, they attended Sciences Po Aix.

They work with Lena Song - Senior Director, Operations, Trevor Humphrey - Director, Customer Experience, and Julia Handleman - VP, Design & Product Development. Their manager is Betsie Larkin, Founder & CEO.
