Andreea Horhoianu

Andreea Horhoianu is the VP of Customer Experience at Honeywell. Andreea has over 20 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Andreea has a passion for driving continuous improvement and excels in leading initiatives that improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Andreea started their career in customer service and quickly rose through the ranks to management. In their previous role as Sr. Director Transformation Customer Experience at Honeywell Performances and Technologies, they were responsible for building and implementing plans to improve customer experience. Andreea was able to successfully drive Kaizen automation program and various Ideation workshops to improve customer experience. Andreea also developed measurement and tracking methods for CX metrics which led to the company being in top 25% industry performers.

Andreea is known for their ability to build cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives. Andreea has a proven track record of successful projects, including a working capital improvement project that increased invoice accuracy to 98%. Andreea is a change agent who is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.

Andreea Horhoianu has a Master Degree in Marketing and Business Communication from Economics Science Academy Bucharest, and a Bachelor's from University of Commerce – Marketing Department.
