Chuck Jones

VP, Chief Digital & Information Officer at Honeywell

Chuck Jones is the Vice President, Chief Digital & Information Officer at Honeywell. Chuck has over 18 years of experience in the field of business intelligence and supply chain management.

Jones began their career at GE Aviation in April 2001 as a Six Sigma Black Belt. In this role, they were responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the organization. Chuck then transitioned to GE Energy in July 2005 as a Business Intelligence Leader. In this role, they led a team that developed data-driven solutions to support various business functions.

In January 2008, Jones was promoted to Supply Chain Client CIO. In this role, they were responsible for leading the implementation of a new ERP system across GE Energy Measurement & Control Solutions. Chuck then transitioned to GE Power in January 2016 as VP Supply Chain Digital Technology. In this role, they led a team of 300+ professionals focused on increasing productivity and delivering asset and operations optimization through the use of big data, software, sensors, controllers, and robotics.

Most recently, Jones joined Honeywell in May 2018 as VP, Chief Digital & Information Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the digital transformation of the company.

Chuck Jones pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati. Chuck completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.

They are on a team with Pushpinder Sekhon - GM, Intelligrated Business, Taylor Smith - VP, Marketing - Productivity Solutions, and Eben Krim - Chief Labor & Employment Counsel, Safety & Productivity Solutions. Chuck Jones reports to George Koutsaftes, President & CEO, Safety & Productivity Solutions.
