Clayton McClain

Clayton McClain is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in aerospace and defense, currently serving as VP/GM of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies EDS - Mission Systems since September 2024, overseeing full P&L responsibilities across five locations. Prior to Honeywell, Clayton held several leadership roles at CAES, including VP & GM of Mission Systems, and L3Harris Technologies, where responsibilities included vice president positions in Integrated Defense Systems East and the Space & Sensors Division. Clayton's career began at Lockheed Martin as a Production Program Manager, following an engineering role at JARAN Aerospace Corporation. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, supplemented by executive leadership programs at The Wharton School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
