Dr. Silvester Ibes

Dr. Silvester Ibes, CPA, currently serves as Managing Director and Finance Leader for the Germany/Austria/Switzerland region at Honeywell, overseeing financial compliance, US-GAAP monthly reporting, and local GAAP financials. Previously, Dr. Ibes held key finance leadership roles within Ford Motor Company, managing financial analysis for Europe and leading local finance teams in vehicle development. Dr. Ibes began a career in auditing with KPMG, progressing from Audit Staff to Certified Public Accountant roles, and has extensive experience in financial processes and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D., CPA (NY), and a Master’s degree in Business Law & Accounting from the University of Augsburg.
