Senior Technical Manager - Engine Performance & Operability at Honeywell

Ed Zalewski is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager for Engine Performance & Operability at Honeywell since 2006, Ed oversees a team of Engine Systems Performance Engineers, focusing on thermodynamic cycle modeling and test validation throughout the Integrated Product Design Cycle. Prior to this role, Ed worked at Honeywell Aerospace from 1996 to 2006 as a Systems Staff Engineer for Turboshaft Propulsion, leading a technical team in engine performance. Ed's career began at General Electric Aircraft Engines, where significant contributions were made to military jet engines and commercial engine development, including advanced testing and FAA certification. Ed holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering Science - Mechanical from Hofstra University.
