Himanshu Bhadoriya

Himanshu Bhadoriya is an experienced chemical engineer currently serving as an Advanced Chemical Engineer at Honeywell since December 2022. Prior to this role, Himanshu worked at Bharat Oman Refineries Limited for over seven years, advancing from Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager. Key achievements include implementing energy-saving initiatives that reduced monthly losses, developing Mass and Energy Balance to lower slop generation, and facilitating successful troubleshooting of critical operational issues. Himanshu also played a significant role in various turnaround projects and successfully transitioned management systems to updated ISO standards. A graduate of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering.
