Katie Davis, PE, serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Fire and Building Automation at Honeywell and is also the President of EngineerTheir Success. Previously, Katie held various leadership positions at Trane Technologies, including Vice President of Engineering & Technology for Residential HVAC and Vice President of Engineering Excellence. Additional experience includes roles at Ingersoll Rand as Vice President of Engineering Excellence and Director of Engineering Operations Excellence. Katie began their career as a Quality Engineer at Trane. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University.
