Khaled Hashem currently serves as President for Honeywell's operations in the Middle East, North Africa, and specifically Egypt & Libya since April 2016. In addition to this role, Khaled Hashem is a Board Member and Chairperson of the Power Committee at AmCham Egypt, as well as a Board Member for the Utilities & Infrastructure Sub-Fund at The Sovereign Fund of Egypt. Previous experience includes positions at GE Power & Water and GE Oil & Gas as Country Manager in various regions, alongside roles at ExxonMobil, Metito, and the Egyptian Company for Concrete & Engineering. Khaled Hashem holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management, a Master’s in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering from IE Business School and The American University in Cairo.
