Michal Stepniak

Michal Stepniak is the current VP, CFO/COO of Honeywell Building Technologies. Prior to joining Honeywell, Michal spent three years as the CFO of Oilfield Equipment at Baker Hughes. Before Baker Hughes, Michal was the CFO of Subsea Systems & Drilling at GE Oil & Gas for three years. Michal has also held positions at GE Russia and GE Transportation. Michal started their career at GE in the Corporate Audit Staff in 2004 and has been with the company ever since.

Michal Stepniak received their MBA in International Business from the University of Memphis and their B.S. in Business Administration from PennWest Edinboro.

Their manager is Doug Wright, President & CEO, Honeywell Building Technologies. They work with Nick Negro - VP, CFO - Honeywell Building Technologies, Ogan Bilgic - CFO, South East Asia, and Wesley Luo - VP, Technology COO.
