Rishi Gogate

Rishi Gogate, MBA, currently serves as Director of Engineering Operations at Honeywell, overseeing gas analytics and safety engineering operations since January 2019. Rishi also holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, where graduation occurred in 2020. Prior to Honeywell, Rishi led a mechanical engineering team at InVue Security Products from July 2010 to October 2018, managing 22 engineers and successfully delivering multiple new product development projects. Rishi's earlier experience includes a 12-year tenure at Lexmark International as a Development Engineer, contributing to product development and technology. Rishi earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
