Tamar Rozen

Tamar Rozen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Honeywell since September 2023, Tamar previously held the position of VP of People and Culture at SCADAfence, which was acquired by Honeywell, where leadership in talent development and company culture integration was pivotal. Tamar has also served as Human Resources Director at JVP, overseeing comprehensive HR operations and collaborating with portfolio CEOs, and as Head of Human Resources at Nano Dimension, where HR infrastructure and policy development were established. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Stratasys and HR Talent Acquisition Consultant at Siemens CSP. Tamar holds an M.A. in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
