Tobias Nebel

Tobias Nebel is a Senior Scientist in Sensor Development at Honeywell Process Solutions, where responsibilities include developing sensors and applying data science and machine learning techniques to industrial processes since April 2016. Previously, Tobias worked as a Technology Consultant focusing on product development and project management, addressing complex technology challenges in the Lower Mainland from February 2012 to March 2016, and served as an Engineering Project Manager at Bertrandt AG, leading USB-component projects for BMW AG. Tobias's foundational research experience includes a postdoctoral position at the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics, co-managing critical data analysis projects and successfully analyzing extensive data sets for groundbreaking physics research. Academic qualifications include a Dr. rer. nat. in Physics and a Diplom in Physics and Computer Science from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, as well as earlier studies in physics across several esteemed institutions.
