Jiahui Lu currently serves as Assistant Vice President at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas), focusing on renewables M&A, investment, carbon trading, and power trading since August 2021. Previously held the position of Director of M&A and Investment, overseeing the acquisition of renewable energy assets and company equity. Jiahui also serves as Sponsor and Deputy General Manager for both Towngas Green Power Co., Ltd. and Towngas Carbon Asset Operation Co., Ltd., managing significant electricity and carbon trading operations. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Business Manager at ENGIE, Project Manager at Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE, and CSP Project Manager at EDF, complemented by a strong academic background in renewable energy finance, business, and sustainable energy engineering from prestigious institutions.
