Cathy N.p. Lui

Cathy N.P. Lui, PhD, MBA, currently serves as a Principal Manager at Invest Hong Kong, focusing on investment promotion in the life and health sciences sector. In addition to this role, Cathy is involved in volunteering as a member of the HKBU Foundation Alumni Committee, aiding in alumni relations and support for Hong Kong Baptist University's mission. Cathy's past entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Nanostem Ltd and CD133 Innovation, both concentrated on advanced technologies in nanomedicine and AI-driven cancer diagnostics, respectively. As the co-founder and CEO of OPER Technology Limited, Cathy led initiatives in precision and regenerative medicine. Academically, Cathy’s background includes significant research experience as a postdoctoral fellow at prestigious institutions, supported by a PhD in Neuroscience and an MBA from Imperial Business School.
