Winnie Choi

Winnie Choi is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in the financial news sector. Currently, as a Senior Web Editor at Hong Kong Economic Times since March 2023, Winnie generates content for the Wealth Channel and engages in story idea development. Prior to this role, Winnie worked at Ming Pao Newspaper from July 2020 to February 2023, serving as both Senior Reporter and Reporter in the Business News department, focusing on financial reporting, Web 3.0, and technology sectors. Winnie also contributed as a Reporter in the Property Section at Hong Kong Economic Journal from February 2019 to July 2020. Earlier, Winnie was the Chief Editor, Editor, and Reporter for The Young Financial Post at Hong Kong Baptist University, providing editorial oversight and content creation. Winnie holds a Master of Arts in Japanese Studies from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and two Bachelor's degrees in Journalism from both Hong Kong Baptist University and The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, including an exchange program at the University of Central Lancashire.
