Daniel Mak

Daniel Mak is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Cash Trading Development at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since May 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Vice President of Business Development at ChinaAMC (HK) from November 2020 to April 2022. Daniel's extensive background includes working as Executive Director in the Global Markets Division at Goldman Sachs, focusing on Derivative Sales for Listed Structured Products from April 2013 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes roles at Credit Agricole CIB as a Fixed Income Commodities Sales and Structurer, and internships at Standard & Poor's and DBS Bank. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, completed in 2009.
