Katherine Chow

Katherine Chow is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors, including finance and technology. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since July 2021, Katherine oversees recruitment for multiple areas, including Markets and Innovation. Previous roles include positions as Front Office Executive Recruiter and Executive Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Recruitment Manager at HSBC, and positions in recruitment at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Katherine began their recruitment career at Michael Page and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Leicester, along with a degree in Environment and Business from the University of Leeds.
