Hakkan Lui

Hakkan Lui is a seasoned professional in IT risk and security with extensive experience across various roles in cybersecurity and technology consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Risk and Security at HK Express since May 2023, Hakkan previously held managerial positions at RSM Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited, where responsibilities included maintaining PCI DSS compliance and leading cybersecurity initiatives. With a foundational background as a co-founder and managing director at Legend Star, as well as roles at HP and DBS Vickers Securities, Hakkan has developed expertise in risk assessment, vulnerability scanning, security policy management, and corporate training in information security. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
