Ben Lai

Ben Lai possesses extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and quantity surveying, currently serving as Senior Manager at HKSTP since February 2022. Previously, Ben held roles in Urban Property Management Limited as Procurement and Quantity Surveying Manager and at AECOM, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Director to Project Quantity Surveyor. Earlier career positions included Senior Project Officer at Wing Tai Properties Limited and various roles in WT Partnership (Asia) and the Architectural Services Department. Ben Lai holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from City University of Hong Kong, a Master of Science in Project Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration from HKU SPACE.
