Tony Ho

Chief Project Development Officer at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation

Mr. Tony Ho has been practising master planning, architecture, interior design, and project management for over 30 years. He leads the Corporation’s Project Development Division (“PDD”) to spearhead master planning efforts, to effectively manage new developments and revamp projects at Science Park and the INNOPARKs. His task is to realise the strategies of the Corporation, and to elevate the community experience of the parks in a sustainable manner.

Tony joined the Corporation from the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), where he served as General Manager, Works & Contracts, directing projects integrating environmental and smart/innovative technologies while also focusing on commercial viability, cost control, quality workmanship and customer service. He also spent 14 years at Hutchison Property Group executing several mega residential, commercial and retail projects in Shanghai, Shenzhen and the UK, and his last role there was General Manager, Project Management.

Tony graduated cum laude from the University of Houston in the USA with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. He is a registered architect, an Authorized Person and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management.
