Ron Lee has a diverse work history with experience in various roles and industries. Ron started their career at Vitasoy International Holdings Limited as a Promotion Executive in 1989. Ron then worked as an Account Executive at Octagon from 1991 to 1993. Following that, they joined Cable TV Hong Kong as a Presenter and Program Office from 1993 to 1995. Ron then worked at ESPN Star Sports as a Presenter and Commentator from 1995 to 2002. Ron then moved on to OMEGA SA as a PR and Events Manager for China and Hong Kong from 2003 to 2006. Ron's next position was at Eurosport, where they served as the Head of Production for Asia Pacific and Head of New Ventures for China from 2006 to 2016. Currently, Ron is the Director of Community Relations & Marketing at Hong Kong Sports Institute, a position they have held since 2016.

Ron Lee completed their education with a degree in Mass Communications from Oklahoma City University in 2001. In 2015, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from CUHK Business School, which they successfully completed in 2017. Additionally, in 2016, they attended the Stakeholder Leadership Programme at the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School.
